Thank you for inquiring about our 2 Free Visits program. All too common patients fail to seek appropriate medical care due to financial or other concerns. As such, a health condition fails to be addressed, but rather is left alone hoping that it will “go away”. Unfortunately for most, this rarely happens. Instead the problem worsens over time.
Here at AV Chiropractic Health Center, Dr. Duenas and staff continue to help our local community by removing barriers and encouraging patients to visit our office for a FREE evaluation and case review. This way, patients with health questions and concerns can get the answers they need….all at no cost to them. If Dr. Duenas is unable to help, then he will refer you to the many specialists he works with as he deems appropriate.
The 2 Free Trial Visits are as follows:
Visit #1: Dr. Duenas will review your intake forms, medical records and any previous x-rays or imaging studies that you may have had. He will take a history of your condition, perform a screening examination, and take x-rays if necessary. Feel free to ask as many questions as you have.
For your convenience, please download the New Patient Paperwork from this site and complete these forms prior to coming to your appointment.
We recommend that you to bring your spouse or loved one to Visit #1 and #2. We cover many important issues and the support of loved ones is always beneficial.
Visit #2: Dr. Duenas will review all of his medical findings from his examination with you. Based on these findings, he will let you know IF he can help your condition and whether he has decided to take your case. There is no further obligation whatsoever. If you decide to initiate care, he will discuss the recommended treatment plan. Fees for care will be also discussed at this time. Be assured that at AV Chiropractic Health Center we are cognizant of current high medical fees and as such, do our best to keep costs to the minimum. Dr. Duenas only accepts patients that he truly feels that he can help. If he is unable to help you, then the proper recommendations and a referral to a different doctor will be made.

NOTE: The 2 Free Visit Program does not apply for Personal Injury (P.I.) and Workers’ Compensation (W.C.) cases, or when there is general insurance coverage for procedures performed. In such cases, the patient is already covered and there remains no out-of-pocket expenses for these initial visits.
