During his time as a student he worked as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) for an Advanced Life Support ambulance unit and provided emergency care services for the university and adjacent local cities.

After obtaining his Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree, he trained as a state-appointed Qualified Medical Evaluator (QME) and served as an independent medical evaluator for countless Workers’ Compensation cases representing injured patients for the state of California and providing expert opinion in attorney-involved cases.

Since moving to the Antelope Valley, Dr. Duenas has continued to provide his expertise in natural health care to his ever-growing patient base. His effectiveness in solving complex health issues without the use of drugs and surgery stems from stressing posture correction, functional spinal rehabilitation, metabolic treatments, and by having a strong emphasis on nutrition and fitness.

Dr. Duenas is also a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and has utilized his expertise in fitness and rehabilitation to help patients with a variety of health challenges.
