Thank you for your interest in our office.  

All too common patients fail to seek appropriate medical care due to  financial or other concerns.  As such, a health condition fails to be addressed, but rather is left alone hoping that it will “go away”.  Unfortunately for most, this rarely happens. Instead the problem worsens over time.

At PERFORMANCE CHIROPRACTIC we offer two options:

1.)  NO-CHARGE CONSULTATION

Our No-charge  Phone Consultation allows for a complimentary 10-minute OFFICE VISIT or PHONE CALL with our doctor.  You can discuss your medical issues and concerns with the doctor to determine whether or not we are the right place with the right expertise to help you.   If not, our doctor will then recommend other doctors/specialists to help.

If we are a match and can help, you can then decide whether or not to make an appointment in our office.  See below for more information.

2.)  EVALUATION & TREATMENT  + 1 ADDITIONAL OFFICE VISIT ($59)

Visit #1:

• You will discuss your health concerns, worries, and goals for better health in more detail with the doctor.

• Dr. Duenas will perform a case analysis by review of your intake forms, medical records and any previous x-rays or imaging studies that you have or that you may have previously forwarded to our office (recommended).  Lab work with be reviewed using a functional method analysis, which can help shed some new light on your problem. Exam screening tests will be performed as deemed necessary.

• The doctor will perform a comprehensive orthopedic and neurological evaluation.

• If there are no contraindications to care, your first treatment is done (may include spinal adjustments, muscle stim/ultrasound/ice/heat as needed, exercise or nutritional recommendations, general massage, myofascial release, etc.)

Visit #2:

• After having had time to review you case, the doctor will give you his opinion on condition,  whether he can help or not,  whether your case will be accepted, and discuss the different options available to you.

• If there are no contraindications to care, you will be receive your second treatment session at no additional cost.

Patients have two options to make an appointment:

1.  Go to Contact Us (see below) and fill out YOUR NAME, EMAIL, and PHONE NUMBER. You will be contacted within 24 hours (usually by the end of the day actually) to set up your first appointment.
