All too common patients fail to seek appropriate medical care due to financial or other concerns. As such, a health condition fails to be addressed, but rather is left alone hoping that it will “go away”. Unfortunately for most, this rarely happens. Instead the problem worsens over time.
Here at PERFORMANCE CHIROPRACTIC, Dr. Duenas and staff continue to help the local community by removing barriers and encouraging patients to visit our office, meet with our doctor, discuss your concerns, and receive professional feedback at no initial cost.
If after your consultation and case analysis Dr. Duenas believes he can help your particular case, then the appropriate steps will be discussed on how to initiate your care.
Our No-Charge Consultation and Case Analysis works as follows:
Visit #1:
- You will have the opportunity to thoroughly discuss your health concerns, worries, and goals for better health with the doctor.
- Dr. Duenas will perform a case analysis by review of your intake forms, medical records and any previous x-rays or imaging studies that you have or that you may have previously forwarded to our office (recommended). Lab work with be reviewed using a functional method analysis, which can help shed some new light on your problem. Exam screening tests will be performed as deemed necessary.
- Our doctor will give you his opinion on your case and whether he will accept it. If so, steps to initiate your care will be discussed.
- For more complex cases, a second complimenary visit will be scheduled. This will allow ample time to thoroughly assess your case.
We recommend that you to bring your spouse or loved one to your appointments. We cover many important issues and the support of loved ones is always beneficial.
Visit #2:
Complex cases may require more time to properly analyze. If so, a second complimentary visit will be scheduled to allow sufficient time for the doctor to review your case. Upon acceptance, fees for care (including discussion of any insurance coverage you may have) will be discussed. A written recommendation for care will also be given to you.

1. Make a decision to become knowledgeable in health issues. Register to receive our health newsletters (red box located at the top right). OR, help support our cause of spreading health information to our community by going to our FACEBOOK PAGE and clicking “Like”. If you feel kind today, do both.
2. Go to Contact Us (see below) and fill out YOUR NAME, EMAIL, and PHONE NUMBER.
3. Under YOUR MESSAGE, type in….”Interested in your No-Charge Consultation ”. Include any other information or questions you might have for the doctor. Your email request will be responded to by phone within 24 hours. Patients who submit an incomplete form will not be contacted.
4. Download the New Patient Paperwork . Complete these forms and bring them to your scheduled appointment.

NOTE: The “no-charge” portion of our program is for valuable consultation time. It does not include lab work, therapy, x-rays, or a full clinical exam. If your case is accepted, any necessary procedures will explained and discussed beforehand. This program does NOT apply for Personal Injury or Workers’ Compensation cases. We Accept Most Major Insurance Plans.
