1. Be on time! It will take longer to relax if you arrive in a rushed state of mind. Also, many therapists schedule back to back appointments. Arriving late could mean a shorter sessionor worse, being rescheduled altogether. A good rule of thumb is to arrive 10 minutes
prior to your appointment time.

2. Do NOT eat a full meal just before your massage session. Your body needs time to properlydigest a meal to avoid feeling full, bloated and uncomfortable on the table. If you’re hungry and must eat, a light snack is preferred.

3. COMMUNICATION is key!! We need accurate health information to properly address your needs. It helps us do our job to your satisfaction when we know your expectations for your session ahead of time. Also, don’t be afraid to ask questions. We enjoy teaching clients about why we do the things we do and how those techniques help your body. Massage has many benefits that most people wouldn’t think of.

4. Remove ONLY as much clothing as you are comfortable removing. We utilize proper draping techniques to ensure you are modestly covered at all times. However, if you prefer to remain clothed, we understand that too. Just be sure to wear comfortable clothing for your session that will allow your therapist access to the areas that need treated.

5. Lay down on the table, get comfortable, take a deep breath and RELAX! We are here to help, trust in us, you’re in good hands!
